The router guide is a rod, rail or fence fixed to the base that leads the machine along the edge of the workpiece or along a straight or circular path. There are also connectors, clamps and trammels to complete it.

How to use it

Fix the guide to the base with the locking screws, adjust the distance from the cutter and tighten. Rest the guide against the edge of the workpiece, or fix it with clamps, and feed forward keeping the base always in contact. For long cuts, join several sections with the dedicated connectors, checking the alignment; with the trammel, circles are cut around a central pivot.
