What it is

The DeWalt DT2075-QZ pack contains 5 HCS steel jigsaw blades, designed for cutting wood. Each blade is 100 mm long and ready to be fitted to compatible jigsaws. The multi-pack is designed for those who work continuously.

A jigsaw blade is a short blade with a mounting shank that fits a jigsaw for straight and curved cuts in wood and panels.

What it is for

Used for cutting solid wood, panels and battens, on the bench or on site.

How to use it

Choose the blade according to the cut: coarse teeth for fast cuts, fine or reverse teeth for clean cuts on laminates, narrow blades for curves. Insert it fully into the blade clamp with the tool unplugged and rest the jigsaw's base plate on the workpiece before starting. Feed without forcing, adjusting the pendulum action and speed, and replace the blade when it cuts crooked or burns the wood.
