What it is

The Extreme DeWalt DT4353-QZ blade is a circular saw accessory dedicated to cutting wood, with a very fine 80-tooth configuration. The high number of teeth is designed to achieve clean, splinter-free finishing cuts in wood, making it ideal for work where a clean edge is the priority. Supplied as a single piece, it belongs to DeWalt's Extreme line.

A circular saw blade is a toothed disc, usually carbide-tipped, for circular saws, mitre saws and plunge saws; it cuts wood, panels, metals and plastics.

Used for cutting solid wood, panels and battens, on the bench or on site.

How to use it

Choose a blade with a diameter, bore and kerf compatible with the machine and teeth suited to the material: fewer teeth for fast cuts, more for fine cuts. With the machine unplugged, fit it with the rotation arrow matching that of the saw and tighten the flange. Cut with the guard working, letting the blade reach full speed before entering the workpiece, and wear safety glasses and hearing protection.
