What it is
Folding sport knife DeWalt DWHT0-10313, pocket-sized, with an 80 mm rust-resistant stainless steel blade, partly serrated for tougher materials, and an integrated wire stripper for 2 and 3 mm cables (12 and 14 gauge). The handle is lightweight aluminium with a knurled rubber coating; the blade locks in the open position, opening is made easier and there is a lanyard ring.
The work knife is a fixed-blade or folding knife, the pocket knife, for general cutting of cardboard, rubber, membranes, insulation and other materials.

How to use it
Always cut away from the body, on a stable surface, with the free hand out of the line of the cut. Keep the blade sharp, because a knife that does not cut forces you to apply pressure. Close the pocket knife after use.
