The DeWalt DWHT56032-0 splitting axe is a tool designed for cutting and splitting wood, with an overall weight of 1.5 kg (approximately 3.5 lb) that offers a good balance between impact power and control during the swing. The balanced mass promotes effective splitting, using the inertia of the head to penetrate the wood fibres.
Garden hand tools are hoes, spades, rakes, axes, sickles, secateurs and shears for working the soil, pruning and keeping green areas tidy.
What it is for
Used in grounds care, from routine maintenance to seasonal work, in forestry work and for cutting firewood.
How to use it
Choose a handle length suited to your height, so that you can work with a straight back. Check that the head or blade is firmly fixed and that the handle is not cracked.
