ToughSystem roof-mounted case carrier for vans - standard roof DeWalt

What it is

The ToughSystem tote rack system for standard-roof vans DeWalt DWST1-81042 is a support dedicated to fitting out the work vehicle, designed to secure and organise ToughSystem modules inside the van. With a width of 100 mm, a height of 1040 mm and a length of 540 mm, it extends vertically to make the best use of the load space on standard-roof vans.

The tray rack system is a set of frames and rails to be fixed inside a van or to a wall, into which stackable tool trays are fitted and locked.

What it is for

Used for organising the workshop and for organising tools, so they are easy to find and do not go missing.

How to use it

Fix it to the structure using the screws and anchor points provided. Insert the trays and check that they lock securely. Heavier items go at the bottom. Check the tightness from time to time, especially in vans.
