What it is

The Vortex Da2 Boa Low safety shoe by Diadora Utility is a low safety footwear item compliant with EN ISO 20345:2022 and classified S3S SR HRO ESD. It features the BOA® FIT SYSTEM lacing system for a quick, precise fit, an aluminium toe cap with 200J resistance and the K-SOLE anti-perforation insert. The upper is in technical polyester fabric, while the HRO FO SR nitrile rubber outsole offers contact heat resistance and slip-resistant properties.

A safety shoe is low-cut safety footwear with a protective toecap and, depending on its class, a penetration-resistant, slip-resistant, water-repellent or ESD sole.

What it is for

Used to protect feet on site and on the shop floor against crushing, penetration and slipping.

How to use it

Choose the protection class according to the risks (for example S1P or S3 for construction sites and workshops, ESD where electronic components are handled, slip-resistant sole for kitchens and wet floors). Try on the size with your work socks and lace up firmly so the foot does not slide against the toecap. Clean, dry away from heat sources and replace when the toecap or sole is damaged.
