What it is

The Fervi 0756 trolley-mounted chip extractor is a mobile unit designed for collecting chips and machining dust from woodworking machines and the like. The 230 V 50 Hz 0.55 kW motor, with a speed of 2840 rpm, delivers an air flow of 900 m³/h and a vacuum of 0.70 kPa; the Ø 320 mm, 260 GSM fabric filter provides a filtration capacity of 5 microns. The suction diameter is 100 mm and the dimensions are 500 x 600 x 1700h mm for a net weight of 18 kg, with a trolley base that makes it easy to move.

A single-phase industrial vacuum is a 230 V machine for extracting dust, debris and liquids on site, in workshops and in industry, often with a direct connection for power tools.

Used for extracting chips and shavings from machines, for woodworking in the joinery shop and in woodworking, from cutting to finishing.

How to use it

Choose and fit a filter suited to the dust being extracted, using class M or H for cement dust, hardwood dust or hazardous substances. When connected to a power tool, set the hose diameter and auto-start so that it only runs while the tool is working. Empty the tank before it is full, clean the filter with the system provided and, for liquids, check the float shut-off.
