Gold hook-and-loop disc Fervi VDG150/600F6

What it is

The Fervi VDG150/600F6 gold hook-and-loop disc is an abrasive on a hook-and-loop backing with a diameter of Ø 150 mm, a 600 grit and 6 holes for dust extraction. The extra-fine grit is suited to high-quality finishing and to sanding between coats of paint, while the holes aid dust extraction on orbital sanders with extraction. The hook-and-loop fastening allows immediate replacement.

Used for sanding surfaces before painting, for sanding surfaces, as preparation or as a finish and for sanding wood before varnishing or finishing.

How to use it

Choose the same shape and hole pattern as the backing pad, so that the holes line up for dust extraction. Start with a coarse grit (low number) and move to finer grits up to the finish without skipping too many steps. Sand with light pressure, keeping the machine moving, and change the sheet when it is clogged or worn smooth.
