Mini bending rolls Fervi 0235

What it is

The Fervi 0235 mini plate bending roll is a manual machine for bending sheet metal and small sections, which makes it possible to obtain cylindrical surfaces and arcs with precise control of the radius. It works a maximum width of 300 mm and a maximum thickness of 2.5 mm, thanks to 30 mm diameter rollers that guide the material progressively through the bend. With a net weight of 10 kg, it is a stable yet compact machine, suited to the workbench.

How to use it

Feed in the workpiece keeping your hands away from rolls and blades, and roll it in gradual passes. Wear cut-resistant gloves and safety glasses, and keep slideways and rolls clean and lubricated.
