Set of planer blades Fervi 0499/C

What it is

The Fervi 0499/C series of planer knives is a set of replacement blades measuring 310 x 30 x 3 mm, intended for woodworking planers. The knives, fitted on the machine's cutterblock, remove the shavings and determine the finish of the planed surface; having replacement blades makes it possible to keep a clean, efficient cut at all times. The set weighs 0.67 kg.

Knives, blades and cutters are the replacement cutting edges for planers, in high-speed steel or with a carbide cutting edge, fitted in place of worn ones.

What it is for

Used for woodworking in the joinery shop and in woodworking, from cutting to finishing.

How to use it

Replace them with the machine disconnected, always in pairs on the electric planer, so as not to unbalance the drum. Fit them with the cutting edge facing the right way and well tightened. Sharpen them with the appropriate equipment or change them when they tear the grain.
