What it is
The Fischer nozzle for two-component adhesives is the replacement part dedicated to applying two-part adhesives, designed to ensure correct mixing of the product during dispensing. The pack contains 6 replacement mixing nozzles for Fill&Fix and PowerMix systems, compatible with 25 ml cartridges.
The nozzle is the conical plastic tip that screws or fits onto the cartridge or gun and from which the product emerges; it is cut to obtain a bead of the desired width.
What it is for
Used for structural and assembly bonding and for workshop and on-site repairs.
How to use it
Cut the tip to a size slightly smaller than the width of the joint, straight or at an angle, and screw it onto the cartridge. The resealable type lets you pause work without the product hardening. After the job, remove the residual product and replace the nozzle if it is blocked or damaged.
