What it is
Mixer nozzles for chemical anchors Fischer. Key specifications: regulations ETA, EAD, EN 1992-4, Reg. UE 305/2011 (CPR).
The static mixer is a small plastic tube with helical elements inside, which screws onto the two-component cartridge and mixes the two components as they come out.
What it is for
Used for chemical anchoring, where the load or edge distance rules out a mechanical anchor and for structural fixings, where the fixing is load-bearing and must be calculated.
How to use it
Remove the cap from the cartridge, screw on the mixer and fit the cartridge in the gun. Discard the first amount dispensed until the colour is uniform. At the end of the work or after a long pause the product hardens inside the mixer: replace it with a new one, without trying to clean it.
