A builder's hoist is an electric winch mounted on a swing arm on scaffolding, a mobile tower or a frame, used to lift buckets and materials to upper floors, together with its mounting clamps.

Fix it to the scaffold or support with the specified clamps and anchors and check its stability before loading. Attach the load with a hook fitted with a safety latch, without exceeding the rated capacity, and operate it from the pendant control with the area below kept clear.
