What it is

An angle grinder is an electric, cordless or pneumatic rotating disc tool for cutting, deburring, wire brushing and, with accessories, polishing.
What it is for
Used for deburring metal after cutting and drilling, for grinding and cleaning up weld seams and burrs and for cutting building materials, from clay brick to concrete.
How to use it
Fit a disc suited to the job, with a diameter and maximum speed compatible with the machine, tighten it with the flange and key and position the guard between disc and operator. Hold with both hands using the side handle, start it unloaded and work without forcing and without twisting the disc in the cut. Wear safety glasses or a face shield, gloves and ear defenders, and unplug the machine before changing the disc.
