What it is

Blue semi-crepe paper masking tape P1-785 Panfilm. Key specifications: thickness 150 μm, oven temperature resistance 120°C / 60 min, infrared lamp temperature resistance 100°C / 10 min.

Automotive masking covers the papers, sheeting, films and adhesive profiles used to cover vehicle parts that are not to be painted or must be protected during repairs and washing.

What it is for

Used to protect surfaces during works, so they do not have to be redone afterwards, for painting interiors and exteriors and for coating wood, metal and masonry surfaces.

How to use it

Clean and degrease the area where tapes and profiles will go, cover glass, seals and adjacent parts with paper or sheeting and secure with automotive masking tape. Lay profiles and foam tapes under panel edges to avoid hard paint lines. Remove the masking once the paint is dust-free, pulling the tape back on itself; seat covers and floor mats protect the interior during the job.
