What it is
Adhesive Sigill Polibond 701, NPT Sigill. Key specifications: type One-component moisture-curing liquid polyurethane adhesive, solvent-free, standard EN 204 D4, certification IMO Resolution MSC.307(88) - FTP Code 2010.
Adhesives are one- and two-component glues, including epoxy resins, for permanently bonding materials such as wood, metal, plastic, fabric and concrete.
What it is for
Used for structural and assembly bonding, for insulation work and in woodworking, from cutting to finishing.
How to use it
Choose the adhesive according to the materials to be bonded and the service conditions, then clean and degrease the surfaces, abrading smooth ones. Apply the adhesive in the quantity specified, join the parts and hold them still or clamped until the adhesive sets. Mix two-component products in the stated ratio and use them within their pot life; wear gloves and work in a ventilated area.
