What it is

What it is for

Used for repetitive screwdriving into wood, metal and plasterboard, where torque and consistency matter, in mechanical maintenance of machinery and plant, during scheduled shutdowns or breakdowns and for tightening nuts and bolts where torque must be accurate and repeatable.

How to use it

Choose a tool of the exact size and profile of the screw or nut, so the force is transferred to the recess without damaging it. Keep the tool in line and tighten with progressive force, using a torque wrench where a precise torque is required. On live parts, work only with 1000 V insulated tools and, whenever possible, after switching off the power.
