To lift the load in "balance", an adjustable length lifting device is sufficient: VarioWeb. Continuous adjustment of the strap length VarioWeb is ideal for lifting asymmetric loads: The individual legs of multi-leg slings are equipped with shortening elements. Thanks to intelligent mechanics, the individual legs can be continuously adjusted. This allows any load to be optimally balanced and ensures an even transmission of forces. Maintenance of the VarioWeb system is very economical and flexible. Thanks to the modular design, only defective parts need to be replaced. Adjustable and safe VarioWeb elements are hot-forged from special quality steel and are very robust. They have no burrs or sharp edges that could damage the strap and are shaped in such a way that the straps have full contact with the load. This minimises edge wear and significantly extends the life of your lifting equipment. The load capacity indicator, identified by the colour of the strap in accordance with DIN EN 1492-1, prevents confusion. Of course, we produce VarioWeb fittings exactly according to your wishes and deliver them fully assembled.
