Laser levels and optical automatic levels
14 products
Laser levels and automatic levels are used to transfer heights, horizontal planes and alignments accurately, to set out floors, screeds, suspended ceilings, excavations and the installation of services. In this collection you will find both laser instruments and optical levels.
What you will find in the collection
- Line laser levels: project vertical and horizontal planes, including 360°, with a green beam for better visibility.
- Rotary laser levels: for horizontal planes over large areas.
- Automatic optical levels: they level themselves and are used with a tripod and levelling staff.
- Complete kits: instrument, tripod, staff and case.
How to choose
For indoor work, for example tiling, plasterboard and suspended ceilings, a green line laser is the most practical. For outdoor work and long distances, the optical level, or the rotary laser with receiver, keeps its accuracy where sunlight makes the beam hard to see. Consider the working range, the stated accuracy and the type of power supply. The tripod and staff are often essential and it is best to buy them together with the instrument.
