Auger Bits

Auger bits are drill bits for boring wood, fitted to drills and screwdrivers. They are used for deep holes in beams, floorboards and carpentry, for holes for cables and pipes to pass through, and for joinery work.

Types of auger bit available

• Wood auger bits: spiral, also in the long series and in the tapered version.
• Bits for mortising machines: for cutting joints.
• Precision expansion bits: for holes of adjustable diameter.
• Flat bits: for quickly drilling large-diameter holes.

How to choose
