Angle Grinders
253 products · Grinders and Rotary Tools
Angle grinders are tools with a rotating disc for cutting, deburring, grinding and cleaning metal, stone and other materials. They are among the most widely used tools in workshops, metalwork shops and on site. This collection includes cordless and corded models from different brands.
Types of product available
- Cordless: free of cables, as a complete kit or bare tool only, often brushless (DeWalt, Makita, Milwaukee).
- Corded: for continuous work, with 115 and 125 mm discs up to 230 mm models.
- Pneumatic: for use with compressed air.
How to choose
Choose according to the disc diameter, which determines the cutting depth, and the power. A battery gives freedom of movement, while mains power guarantees constant output. Always wear safety glasses, gloves and hearing protection, and use only discs suited to the machine's rotational speed.

Frequently asked questions: Angle Grinders
What are angle grinders used for?
Angle grinders, also known as flex grinders, cut, deburr and sand metal, stone and tiles with a rotating disc. They are used in fabrication shops, workshops and on site to cut rebar, sections and pipes. The disc must be chosen according to the material, because metal discs must not be used on stone without checking their suitability.
Which disc diameter should I choose from 115, 125 and 230 mm?
The diameter determines the cutting depth and the weight of the machine. The 115 mm is the most manageable for finishing work and tight spaces, such as the WS8-115S angle grinder. The 125 mm is the most common size for general use. The 230 mm is for deep cuts and work on large surfaces, as in the kit of 3 angle grinders (115, 125 and 230 mm).
Battery or corded grinder: which should I choose?
The battery version is cable-free and practical on site, on scaffolding or at height, such as the BEWS18-125X2-402B battery angle grinder. The corded version gives continuous power for long jobs without worrying about charging. Consider how many hours you work per shift and how many pieces you have to cut before deciding.
What does a bare-tool grinder mean?
Bare-tool models, such as the G1813DA angle grinder without battery, supply the machine only. This makes sense if you already own batteries and chargers from the same line. Otherwise, it is more sensible to choose the complete kit, which includes everything needed to start straight away.
How do I use an angle grinder safely?
Always fit the guard and use the side handle. Wear eye protection, gloves and hearing protection. Check that the disc is undamaged and that the maximum speed marked on the disc is equal to or higher than that of the machine. Do not force the disc, and do not use the machine without its guard.
What health risks does an angle grinder involve?
Prolonged use exposes you to vibration in the hands and arms, high noise and cutting dust. D.Lgs. 81/2008 (the Italian workplace safety law) requires the assessment of risks from vibration and noise for users of hand tools. Alternate work with breaks, keep the machine in good condition and use anti-vibration gloves where specified.
Which disc should I use to cut stainless steel with a grinder?
For stainless steel and other metals, use a metal disc with a diameter and mounting bore compatible with the machine. Check the marking on the disc, which indicates the material and the maximum speed. Do not use stone discs on metal or vice versa, because they can shatter. After cutting, clean off burrs with a suitable brush.
