What it is
The BOSS 2131 E-PRO chemical anchor dispenser by Bossong is a professional tool designed for the precise application of chemical anchors from 385 ml and 585 ml cartridges. Built to ensure uniform dispensing thanks to its 35:1 thrust ratio, this dispenser is ideal for building operators who require efficiency and reliability when setting chemical fixings. It is used where precision and flow control are essential, such as structural work, renovation and concrete applications.
These are guns, nozzles, static mixers, extensions and hole-cleaning brushes for correctly dispensing adhesives, sealants, foams and chemical anchors.
What it is for
Used for chemical anchoring, where the load or edge distance rules out a mechanical anchor, for structural and assembly bonding and for sealing joints, gaps and service penetrations.
How to use it
Choose the gun suited to the format (cartridge, foil pack, foam can or dual cartridge for chemical anchors) and fit the nozzle or mixer, cutting it to the bead size. Dispense with steady pressure; with chemical anchors, discard the first extrusions until the colour is uniform, and clean the hole first with a brush and blow-out pump. After use, release the pressure and clean the gun.
