Rivet RIV AL-AC 9002 BG Bossong

What it is

The RIV AL-AC 9002 BG rivet by Bossong is a fixing system designed for flashing applications and metal installations, particularly suited to tight spaces. Made with an aluminium body and a galvanised steel mandrel, it ensures corrosion resistance and mechanical stability. The RAL 9002 (grey white) paint finish makes it ideal for aesthetically integrated solutions in building and industrial settings, where durable, discreet fixings are required.

How to use it

Drill the workpiece to the diameter specified for the rivet and choose a length suited to the total grip thickness. Insert the rivet into the riveter's nosepiece, push it into the hole until the head is seated and operate the tool until the mandrel snaps or, with rivet nuts, the body is upset against the sheet. Choose a rivet material (aluminium, steel, stainless steel) compatible with that of the parts to prevent corrosion.
