Prefabricated stainless steel technical cabin Shelter AMES

What it is

The Shelter is a prefabricated cabin for technical and control rooms. The structure is made of steel, normally with UPN base and roof beams, clad with panels made of AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel sheet and injected polyurethane. The structural design follows the Eurocodes.

The cabin is engineered to house the building services: HVAC air conditioning with ductwork, smoke detection and fire suppression, alarm and a made-to-measure electrical system. Ventilation grilles and extractors are added where required, together with the other fittings called for in the project specification.

Customisation options

• Fire-resistant walls, door and window frames and panels on request, class to be defined in the project
• Floors in phenolic multilayer board or wood-cement board, covered in PVC or porcelain stoneware; raised floors for cable routing
• Steel loading doors or aluminium frames, also with thermal break
• Air conditioning, pressurisation, emergency lighting

State the intended use of the cabin, the equipment to be housed with its overall dimensions and weights, the internal dimensions, the systems required, the panel material (AISI 304 or 316), the installation environment, including any ATEX classification of the area, the fire protection requirements and the transport destination.
