What it is

It is a complete base camp built with insulated prefabricated monobloc units, installed singly or combined, to accommodate and serve the personnel of a building site. It is also supplied on a turnkey basis, complete with furnishings and systems, so that the customer does not have to coordinate the work of several suppliers.

It accompanies the site set-up of major projects: motorways, high-speed railway lines and infrastructure works. It houses personnel of every level, VIP, managerial and operational, and brings together in a single supply accommodation, toilets and changing rooms, executive and site offices, self-service canteens and field kitchens, workshops and laboratories, laundries, infirmaries, recreation areas, guardhouses and meeting rooms.

The layout of the modules is planned around the available space, so as to set up the base camp in the most functional way.

Customisation options

Structures, doors and windows, walls and insulating roofs are made with different technologies according to the customer's needs; where required, thermal and acoustic insulating panels are added. The rooms are equipped according to their intended use, with self-service counters, ovens, extractor hoods, cooking points, refrigerators, industrial washing machines and press irons. For long-distance transport the prefabricated units are shipped in flat-pack configuration, which reduces the cost of sea and road transport.

Before you order

In your request, state how many people the camp must house and at what level, the rooms required, the fittings (electrical, plumbing and air-conditioning systems), the layout drawings available and the transport destination. Installation is on concrete slabs, foundation kerbs or blocks: the calculation and execution of the foundations are the customer's responsibility, and permits from the local authorities depend on use and size.

With ISO 14001 certification, EN 1090 declaration of performance (CPR), UNI/PdR 125:2022 and SOA qualification.
