What it is
White cement. Key specifications: colour White.
Cement is a hydraulic binder in powder form that, when mixed with water and aggregates, sets and hardens; rapid-setting cement sets in a few minutes for small fixings and repairs, refractory cement withstands heat and white cement is used for finishing work.
What it is for
Used in masonry work, from laying blocks to filling chases, for workshop and on-site repairs and for filling surfaces and joints.
How to use it
Mix it with clean water and, for mortars and concretes, with sand or aggregates depending on the use, mixing in a clean container until a uniform mix is obtained. Rapid-setting cements are prepared in small quantities because they set immediately. Wear gloves, safety glasses and a dust mask and dampen the substrate, protecting the pour from rapid drying.
