Fixing pin Hsbr14, single shot, SPIT

What it is

SPIT HSBR14 nail for direct fastening with a fastening tool, in the single-shot version: one nail is loaded at a time instead of using a magazine. The data sheet lists it for hard steel, with steel class E360. Direct fastening drives the nail into the metal without drilling, threading or welding, and the power must be chosen according to the thickness and hardness of the steel.

Staples, gun nails, brads and charges are the consumables for nailers and powder-actuated, gas-powered or cartridge-powered fixing tools, used to fasten into wood, steel and concrete; this also includes magazines, gas cells, clips and other accessories.

How to use it

Use only nails, staples and cartridges compatible with the tool in type, diameter and length. With direct fastening tools, choose the cartridge or gas power according to the substrate, making a test fixing first. Wear safety glasses and hearing protection, keep away from the substrate edges, and store cartridges and gas cans in a dry place out of reach of unauthorised persons.
