What it is
Garico Box converted 20' HC container, code 4032: a 20-foot High Cube container already converted into a ready-to-use office. It is thermally insulated with mineral wool, has durable interior linings and a complete electrical system that meets the regulations. Compared with a standard container, the High Cube version is taller and offers more interior height; layout, finishes and systems can be customised.
An office container is an insulated prefabricated unit with door, windows and electrical installation, used as a site office, sales point or small workshop.

Used for setting up the construction site and for organising the construction site.
How to use it
Prepare a level, free-draining base and set the unit down by crane, lifting from the designated points. Level it, have a qualified electrician connect the installation to a supply with a distribution board and earthing, and add access steps or ramps. Ventilate regularly to prevent condensation and check that the roof and windows are weathertight.
