What it is
It is a prefabricated metal container with a monolithic structure of welded corrugated sheet steel, structurally designed in accordance with the Eurocodes. It is built from certified materials, reinforced profiles and IPE-type steel beams with heavy-gauge sheet steel.
What it is for
It houses plant and equipment that need a dedicated room. The most typical uses are switchgear rooms, LV and MV electrical transformer rooms, general technical rooms, control areas, operational rooms such as electromechanical workshops and paint booths, mobile shops and offshore offices.
A typical fit-out is the cabin for water treatment and purification plants: dimensions of 12.19 x 2.44 m, floor reinforced with UPN 160 beams, anchor points to fix the machinery firmly in place, internal electrical system and insulation with 50 mm sandwich panels.

Customisation options
Painting and finish are chosen according to the use and the environment. Inside, the cabin is lined with insulating panels of different thickness according to the insulation required; fire-resistant walls, window and door frames and panels are available on request, with the class to be defined in the project. The floor can be a raised floor, with a void for the cables coming in from outside. The window and door frames can be steel loading doors or aluminium frames, also with thermal break, fitted with roller shutters, double glazing, insect screens and panic bars.
Who it is for
For companies and plant engineers who need to house electrical panels, machinery or instrumentation in a sturdy, transportable room.
Before you order
In your request, state the dimensions (length, width and internal height), the equipment to be housed and its weight, the fittings required (electrical system, air conditioning), the intended use and any layout drawings; for transport, the destination is needed. Installation takes place on concrete slabs, kerbs or blocks: the design and construction of the foundations are the customer's responsibility, and permits from the local authorities depend on the use and the size.
