What it is
The CSC Edilizia 119-A H 1300 curved permanent guardrail is a collective fall protection intended for the edge of roofs, with a height of 1300 mm and a curved geometry to adapt to non-straight profiles. It is made of S235JR (Fe 360 B) steel, a material that ensures structural strength and durability. Fixing is by Ø13 mm holes, with machining compliant with the general tolerances of the UNI-ISO 2768 standard.
A permanent guardrail is a fixed aluminium or steel fall protection system, also with mesh panels, installed on roofs, edges, balconies and inspection pits.
What it is for
Used for fall protection, as part of a fall arrest or work restraint system and for protecting edges and corners.
How to use it
Check that the supporting structure (slab, parapet wall or roof) can bear the loads specified by the manufacturer. Assemble the posts, rails and toe boards following the manual and secure them with the specified anchors, leaving no gaps. Inspect the fixings and check for corrosion regularly, as required by the manufacturer.
