What it is
The permanent high eaves guardrail 119-G from CSC Edilizia is a collective protection element designed for fixed installation in the eaves area of roofs. Made of S235JR (Fe 360 B) steel, a structural grade chosen for strength and weldability, it is provided with 4 Ø13 mm holes for fixing to the structure. Machining complies with the general tolerances of UNI-ISO 2768.
A permanent guardrail is a fixed aluminium or steel fall protection system, also with mesh panels, installed on roofs, edges, balconies and inspection pits.
What it is for
Used for fall protection, as part of a fall arrest or work restraint system and for protecting edges and corners.
How to use it
Check that the supporting structure (slab, parapet wall or roof) can bear the loads specified by the manufacturer. Assemble the posts, rails and toe boards following the manual and secure them with the specified anchors, leaving no gaps. Inspect the fixings and check for corrosion regularly, as required by the manufacturer.
