Manual gun for chemical anchors 300-585 ml DeWalt DFC1610000

What it is

The DeWalt DFC1610000 manual gun is a dispensing device for chemical anchors, with a working capacity between 300 and 585 ml. It allows the resin to be dosed in a controlled way during fixing operations, adapting to cartridges within this volume range. The pack consists of one piece, supplied in a box.

These are guns, nozzles, static mixers, extensions and hole-cleaning brushes for correctly dispensing adhesives, sealants, foams and chemical anchors.

What it is for

Used for chemical anchoring, where the load or edge distance rules out a mechanical anchor and for structural fixings, where the fixing is load-bearing and must be calculated.

How to use it

Choose the gun suited to the format (cartridge, foil pack, foam can or dual cartridge for chemical anchors) and fit the nozzle or mixer, cutting it to the bead size. Dispense with steady pressure; with chemical anchors, discard the first extrusions until the colour is uniform, and clean the hole first with a brush and blow-out pump. After use, release the pressure and clean the gun.
