What it is
The DeWalt DT20700-QZ sanding plate is an accessory for oscillating multi-tools, dedicated to sanding operations. Measuring 14.5 x 12 x 3 cm and weighing just 0.098 kg, it is a light, handy element that fits onto the tool's oscillating head to treat surfaces in a controlled way. It is supplied in blister packaging, as a single piece.
The sanding plate or backing pad is a support fitted to the multi-tool that holds the sandpaper for sanding flat surfaces and corners.

How to use it
Fit it to the tool while switched off, apply the abrasive sheet and check that it is firmly attached. Rest it flat on the surface and let the oscillation do the work with light pressure. Change the sheet when it is clogged or worn smooth, and clean the dust off the support.
