Abrasive disc 125 - 8 holes DeWalt DT3108-QZ

What it is

The DeWalt DT3108-QZ abrasive disc, Ø 125 mm diameter and grit 320, is the finest level in the random orbital sander range and is available in a pack of 10 pieces. The extremely fine grit 320 is designed for top-quality finishes: it smooths the surface imperceptibly, preparing it for polishing and premium clear treatments.

Sandpaper is an abrasive in sheet or disc form, often hook-and-loop backed, for fitting to sanders or backing pads to sand wood, metal, paint and filler.

What it is for

Used for sanding surfaces before painting, for sanding surfaces, as preparation or as a finish and for sanding wood before varnishing or finishing.

How to use it

Choose the same shape and hole pattern as the backing pad, so that the holes line up for dust extraction. Start with a coarse grit (low number) and move to finer grits up to the finish without skipping too many steps. Sand with light pressure, keeping the machine moving, and change the sheet when it is clogged or worn smooth.
