Abrasive roll, 5 m, DeWalt DT3581-QZ

What it is

The DeWalt DT3581-QZ abrasive roll has a length of 5 metres and a grit of 80, suited to medium-fine sanding. The practical roll format makes it possible to cut the abrasive to the length required, for flexible use on surfaces and profiles of different shapes.

Hand abrasives are sheets, rolls and sponges in abrasive paper, cloth or non-woven pad, with sanding blocks and replacement strips, for sanding and finishing by hand.

What it is for

Used for sanding surfaces before painting and for sanding surfaces, as preparation or as a finish.

How to use it

Cut or tear off the piece needed and wrap it around a sanding block to obtain a flat surface and even pressure. Sand along the grain or in one direction only, progressing from coarse to fine grit. Use wet-and-dry paper wet to finish paint and filler, and remove the dust between passes.
