Abrasive roll, 5 m, DeWalt DT3583-QZ

What it is

The DeWalt DT3583-QZ abrasive roll has a length of 5 metres and a grit of 180, designed for fine finishing work. The roll format makes it possible to cut off the quantity of abrasive needed, adapting it to surfaces and details of different shapes.

Hand abrasives are sheets, rolls and sponges in abrasive paper, cloth or non-woven pad, with sanding blocks and replacement strips, for sanding and finishing by hand.

What it is for

Used for sanding surfaces before painting and for sanding surfaces, as preparation or as a finish.

How to use it

Cut or tear off the piece needed and wrap it around a sanding block to obtain a flat surface and even pressure. Sand along the grain or in one direction only, progressing from coarse to fine grit. Use wet-and-dry paper wet to finish paint and filler, and remove the dust between passes.
