Jointing biscuits size 20 (over 19mm) DeWalt DT3932-QZ

What it is

DeWalt DT3932-QZ joining biscuits are assembly elements in size 20, suited to panels and thicknesses over 19 mm. Designed for use in joints, they are inserted into the milled slots to join two timber elements solidly and in perfect alignment, simplifying the assembly stages.

Joining biscuits are small oval wafers of compressed wood that are inserted into slots cut in the edges of two pieces, to align them and reinforce the glue joint.

What it is for

Used for furniture assembly, for woodworking in the joinery shop and for structural and assembly bonding.

How to use it

Cut the slots with the biscuit jointer, in the same position on both pieces, and choose the biscuit of the corresponding size. Spread glue in the slot, insert the biscuit and bring the pieces together, clamping them until the glue sets. Store the biscuits in a dry place, because moisture makes them swell.
