What it is

The DeWalt DT43946-QZ Extreme bonded grinding disc is an abrasive for angle grinders, 115 mm in diameter with a thickness of 6.3 mm and a depressed-centre profile, with a 22.23 mm mounting bore as indicated by the designation 115x6,3x22,23mm. The increased thickness makes it a sturdy disc for deburring. The pack contains a single piece.

How to use it

Fit it on the angle grinder or suitable backing pad, checking that its diameter, bore and maximum speed are compatible with the machine, and with the guard in place. Work with the disc tilted a few degrees to the workpiece, moving it back and forth without forcing. Never use a grinding disc for cutting, and replace it if cracked or worn; wear safety glasses or a face shield and gloves.
