Masonry drill bit DeWalt DT6732-QZ

What it is

The DeWalt DT6732-QZ masonry drill bit is a hammer drilling tool for concrete with a diameter of 10 mm and a generous working length of 400 mm, which makes it suitable for particularly deep drilling. With an overall length of 30.2 cm and a weight of 0.276 kg, it is also optimised for use with cordless tools. The round connection shank ensures compatibility with conventional hammer drills.

A masonry bit is a carbide-tipped bit for drilling concrete, brick and stone with a hammer drill or rotary hammer.

How to use it

Choose the machine's shank type (straight, SDS-Plus or SDS-Max) and the diameter required by the wall plug. Start the hole at low speed, then engage hammer action, holding the bit square to the surface and without forcing, withdrawing it frequently to clear the dust. Clean the dust out of the hole before inserting the plug.
