Arbor for hole saw DeWalt DT8108-QZ

What it is

The DeWalt DT8108-QZ hole saw arbor is the connecting element that allows the hole saw to be fixed to the tool and transmits rotation during drilling. Made of metal, it is intended for use on metal, where a solid support able to withstand the stresses of machining is required.

The chuck is the part of the drill or screwdriver that grips the bit or tool; the keyless type is tightened by hand, the keyed type is tightened with a dedicated key.

Used as accessories for the equipment you work with, for drilling wood and panels and for drilling steel, stainless steel and aluminium, on a pillar drill or with a hand-held drill.

How to use it

Screw it onto the machine spindle or fit it with the specified adapter, with the machine disconnected. Open it, insert the bit centred and tighten until it no longer turns. Choose a chuck with a capacity and thread suited to the machine and check often that it has no play.
