What it is
The Dino Power DP-637EHP heated hose with controller is an accessory for high-pressure airless systems, equipped with a heating system managed by a dedicated controller. It operates at 220 V with a power of 1200 W, withstands a pressure of up to 70 MPa and has a length of 15 m with a G1/2 connection, able to operate at temperatures of up to -150 °C.
The high-pressure fluid hose connects the pump to the gun and carries the paint; for electrostatic painting it is also available in a conductive version.
What it is for
Used for tool maintenance, keeping tools sharp and efficient, for painting interiors and exteriors and for coating wood, metal and masonry surfaces.
How to use it
Choose a hose with a maximum pressure and diameter suited to the pump. Screw it onto the fittings without twisting it, avoiding tight bends and crushing. Release the pressure from the system before disconnecting it. Replace it if the sheath is cracked, swollen or damaged.
