A ceramic tile blade is a continuous-rim or turbo diamond blade that cuts tiles, porcelain stoneware and ceramics with clean edges and minimal chipping.
What it is for
Used for laying tiles and slabs, from spreading the adhesive to grouting, for cutting ceramics and porcelain stoneware and for straight and shaped cuts in tiles and porcelain stoneware.
How to use it
Fit it on an angle grinder or electric tile saw, observing the direction of rotation and the maximum speed. Mark the line, secure the tile and cut with a slow, steady feed, without forcing; with blades designed for wet use, keep the cooling water running. When the blade loses its bite, dress it on an abrasive material.
