Mobile deterrent Rototec

What it is

Stackable portable bollard in rotationally moulded linear polyethylene. Ideal for discouraging vehicle parking but also for marking out temporary paths and car parks, passages for special vehicles, green areas, pedestrian areas, etc. Through the threaded cap on top, the bollard can be filled with water or sand as ballast.

The bollard is a post or small column, in concrete, plastic or steel, fixed or removable, that prevents vehicles from parking in or entering an area.

What it is for

Used for permanent and temporary road signage and for road safety and the protection of people working on the road.

How to use it

Position it at the point to be protected and fix it to the ground with plugs, in a foundation block or on a weighted base; removable models are lifted out of their socket. Leave a gap for pedestrians to pass and make sure it is clearly visible, also with bands or reflective elements. Check stability, fixing and surface condition from time to time.
