What it is

A degreasing cleaner is a cleaning product, often in spray form, that dissolves oil, grease, adhesive residue and dirt from engines, brakes, dashboards, air-conditioning units and technical surfaces.

What it is for

Used for industrial cleaning of production areas, machinery and plant, for cleaning hard surfaces before treatment or at the end of the job and for degreasing parts and surfaces.

How to use it

Check that the product is suitable for the material and, if necessary, test it on an inconspicuous area. Spray or apply it to the part with the machine stopped and cold, leave it to act for the stated time and remove with a cloth or brush, rinsing if required. Use in a well-ventilated area, away from flames, wearing gloves and safety glasses.
