What it is
The Fervi 0712/900 hole saw adapter is an accessory that allows hole saws to be fitted on compatible arbors, with a reduction from 1/2” to 5/8”. It is designed for use with the Fervi 0712/600 and 0712/700 arbors and, with a gross weight of just 0.02 kg, it is a compact, practical component to have to hand.
The hole saw adaptor is an intermediate piece that allows the saw to be mounted on an arbor or shank of a different size from its own.
What it is for
Used for drilling wood and panels, for drilling steel, stainless steel and aluminium, on a pillar drill or with a hand-held drill and for running services through walls, floors and suspended ceilings.
How to use it
Push or screw it onto the arbor and then fit the saw, checking that it is firmly tightened before starting the machine. Keep it free of dust and chips and check that it has no play, because a loose fitting causes irregular holes and vibration.
