Conical felt disc Fervi DFC115/M14

What it is

The Fervi DFC115/M14 conical felt disc is a tool for polishing metal surfaces, with a diameter of 115 mm, a thickness of 12 mm and an M14 threaded fitting for direct mounting on standard angle grinders. The conical felt shape allows it to reach recessed areas and irregular profiles, while the maximum speed of 12,500 rpm sets its safe operating limit. With a gross weight of 0.20 kg, it is used together with polishing compounds to achieve bright surfaces.

Pads, bonnets, sponges, felts, cloths and discs in wool, cotton or sponge are the soft accessories fitted to the polisher or drill that spread the polishing compound, until the final shine is achieved.

How to use it

Choose the material according to the finish: wool or felt for polishing with compound, sponge for finishing. Fit it to the tool, apply a little compound or product and work at low or medium speed with light pressure. Change or wash them when they are saturated or hardened by the compound.
