Precision Measuring Lens Fervi M072

What it is

The Fervi M072 precision measuring lens is a bench optical instrument designed for close inspection and measurement of minute details. It offers 10x magnification over a 24 mm field of view and incorporates a scale with a measuring range of 0 ÷ 20 mm and reading down to 0.1 mm, so that surfaces, threads and small parts can be assessed accurately. Extremely light, with a gross weight of just 0.07 kg, it is handy to keep within reach at all times.

The magnifying glass is an optical instrument that enlarges small details for close inspection; the stereo microscope has two eyepieces and shows the object in three dimensions.

What it is for

Used in quality control of parts and workmanship, for inspecting plant, pipework and structures and for measuring on site and in the workshop.

How to use it

Hold the magnifier between the eye and the workpiece, moving it closer or further away until it is in focus, with good lighting. Place the microscope on a stable surface and focus with the adjustment control. After use, clean the lenses with a soft cloth, without scratching them, and store them protected from dust.
