Polyurethane wheel for trolleys Fervi 0461

What it is

The Fervi 0461 polyurethane wheel for trolleys is a replacement component for material handling, designed to equip trolleys and workshop equipment. Measuring 250 x 75 mm with a Ø 20 - 18 x 74 mm bore, it offers a good compromise between smooth running, quiet operation and the wear resistance typical of polyurethane, a material that also protects floors from scratches. The wheel ensures smooth rolling even under load.

Castors and wheels are fixed or swivel wheels, with or without brakes, with a top plate or bolt hole, for making trolleys, machines and equipment mobile.

How to use it

Choose a castor with a load capacity suited to the load, allowing a margin because on uneven floors not all the wheels touch the ground at once, and with a tread suited to the floor. Fix the top plate with screws and nuts in all the holes, usually fitting braked swivel castors on one side and fixed castors on the other. Check tightness, tread wear and bearing smoothness regularly.
