A spatula is a flat blade, plain or notched, with a handle, for spreading, skimming, smoothing and scraping fillers, adhesives and mortars.

What it is for

How to use it

Choose the blade according to the job: plain and flexible for fillers and skim coats, notched for spreading adhesive at a uniform thickness, rigid for scraping.
